1. you are not allowed to redistribute exact copies, except from seeding the official torrents
2. you are not allowed to distribute modified versions and any contributions to the source grants all rights to the licensee
3. this software should be free of any form of monetization, except from donations
4. if the licensee breaks rule 3., you are authorized to start a new branch (if there is none) under this same license
WIP, (loose notes rather than a logical writing down here)
3.1 if the licensee sells physical goods related to the project, they need to provide a complete financial report and salaries between employees can't exceed a ratio greater than 1:5 .. what if we employ someone in a different country? 25 000 EUR in Brazil means 150 000 BRL and with that amount, the quality of life one will have compared to somewhere in Europe is quite different, thus a non-fair deal on my point of view. maybe adding a rule that makes obligatory a complete public (company wise) financial report and then suggesting to supporters to invest on benevolent companies (if a limit of 1:5 is benevolent to you)?!
4. if the licensee breaks rule 3.x, a legal case should filled and within a year of no resolution, the software belongs to the first complainant, under this same license
the purpose of tinkering such a license is to comply with a single branch type of software but without locking its copyright towards a company/person that can goes corrupt at any point in time. but how do we enforce that without the liberation of GNU? (just typed a new 4. up there)
a legal case should be filled and within a year of no resolution, the copyright belongs to the first complainant, under this same license
any help or commentary about this license development is very much appreciated! you can find ways of contacting at happort's ABOUT section
