modernity is trying hard to move out of secrecy, democracy seems to be stuck into bringing the same clauses like chat control over and over again until it's approved. people like to vote for people vote into stuff and not vote for themselves. anarchy is a distant dream. the city dweller buys organic food. doesn't know about science. probably thinks they are helping the world. some don't even know synthetics are allowed under organic legislation. some think organic agriculture doesn't use pesticide. they talk about sustainability and eat meat. they probably never reasoned why rural flight is an ongoing phenomena. 2% of the food production comes from organic. decades of studies (independent, government and/or private funded) never pointing GMO or synthetic technology is worse than organics. will we be prohibited to call organic chemistry the field which develops synthetics? who receives the organic seal and who does not? have you ever volunteered in a program like WWOOF? because i did it. and if you think manual labor deserves less than an intellectual just because it's easier. take your time to grow your muscles and ignore the daily lactic acid buildup. take your time to move out of your land thousands of kilometers apart to get into a rich region of the country to work 6 days a week, for 10 hours performing like a machine compared to white and weak arms of city people talking about sustainability in expensive chair designs on their AC cooled homes. take your 232 USD monthly salary from people driving an old Suzuki with some university degree and money from the city into a farm that probably won't last 4 decades without exploiting people or selling for much higher prices food that had it's productivity and pesticide resistance nailed by science. open your mouth quite widely when talking about Bayer patenting seeds but open your eyes quite widely when reading country wide reports on the monetary gain basically every farmer had when adopting the technology. talk like crop rotation is exclusive to organic practices or that variety is also an exclusive organic practice. curse proprietary technology on million USD tractors while you read this blog post in your iOS or Windows box. play it dumb when someone critics organic practices using in average 30% more resources (land, pesticides etc.) than conventional practices. bring the talk on synthetic pesticides being worse for health of farmers which have to apply them but never compare the cabins and precision of high-tech GMO farmers have. do you think an old tractor can spread 10 milliliters of poison per hectare? curse the the little mols your body ingest and fake you exercise and eat health daily. tell me your car uses batteries that are under a standard (which doesn't exist) for recycling. tell me you know about economics and resource use about recycling facilities or tell me you know the thousand million metric tons of non-renewable thrash solar and wind energy produces. discourse about politics of energy security. and spell the fable of a solar facility being more economical even if you destroy a coal plant (and not re-use an abandoned one). we use 10% of our brains. your favorite green party blocks funds for nuclear research because it's not green. support the future by buying from urban or vertical farming or when they create a label for "good labor ethics" and not "we use thousands of liters of tobacco extract in our plants, look at me, i'm Doctor Greenthumb and i'll save the world"
